I have bought this book and its worth every penny. It is full of history and useful factual information and a fascinating read. It’s also very well written. So if you are passionate about Fish & Chips whether you are in the indsurty or not, its a must buy publication!! I have ordered some to sell in my Fish and Chip restaurant and as a gift for some of my close friends. Also from every sale I am donating 50p to the Fisherman’s Mission charity trust.
Just read this book its great for any one who owns a chip shop. Best bit is the insight into how diffrent folk do things in certain ways. I love to lady from Bizzy Lizzys saying that every thing must look happy, the fish must be happy the chips must be happy the sausages must be happy etc Very Good.
