time flies when your having fun

What a year it has been so far, we have been doing that many tests to our current and new products that I have neglected my batter blog, no fear we are back on the case and our goal is to keep you informed of what is going on with the batter company and any interesting facts I think may be of interest to you friers.
Unfortunately I will not be adding my fish and chips and fast food columns in this blog like many of you have asked to see, however I may create a personal blog in the near future and if Wendy Durham (Editor at Fish and Chips and Fast Food) I shall add them to my personal blog.
At the moment our Natural sales are very strong and going the right way, we have had reports that it is very consistent and operators customers like it also. We currently have some more batters under development however they will not be launched at any specific date, only when they are perfect and have been tested by the shops that intend to use them in the future. We find this is better than testing in a kitchen that does not have a real frying range, so thank you to all those shops (you know who you are) for helping me test the current new products.
I will be adding a new blog once a week, In my blog I will talk about general food topics and news, our batter of course maybe even a customer and how they are getting along. Hopefully I will also be adding a link of the week (see below). Anyone who knows me will expect fun links, strong news that can be heavily debated but not too strong as we dont want to go over board.
