"Why we switched to using batter mix"

David Blackburn, of Alfie Grimshaws, Kenilworth, has started using batter mix for the first time ever.

‘We used to buy flour direct from the mill and mix our own batter, so we could be sure it didn’t have any artificial additives,’ says David. ‘We’ve never used batter mix before.
